Why not just open source this ?

Sovereignty is a turn-based fantasy strategy game for the PC. It combines a kingdom management campaign game with a general's level tactical battle game.

I mean, we have a sizable community willing to work on this game,

why did you discontinue it?

the Concept is quite good, The story that is,
we could build stuff with this.

any Idea's who owns the rights of this game ?
although I'm just interested in the story board though
