Steam achievements bug

I finished my first game, got the achievement "No Points For Neutrality" (Win a military victory).

But I did not get a few achievements that had to get:
- "Standard Boring Triumph" (Win a game on a medium size world)
- "The Rule Of One" (Win a game with Solar Dynasty)
- "Closed The Box" (Win a game on medium difficulty or higher)

Why did it happen? This is a bug?
Other problems with the achievements have not .

try again to load the game after you have exited it, as sometimes it not straight way with all wins and achievements, and you login the next time and get it, no idea why, as some you get straight away

Well. I have tried many times, but the achievements have not received! This is a bug.

I can not upload my save game.
"The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 256 KiB."

This preservation is directly before the final, earlier saves I have not.

Did you start the game via "Advanced settings"?

For some reason a lot of the victory-achievements are in an else-block that excludes everything that was started via the advanced settings-dialogue.

I don't know why it was decided to be like that and could easily remove it for an upcoming patch.
