Recon units

Edmon raised an issue with recon units in the Twitch session yesterday, their inability to block supply.
I agree, although it may be not be an easy fix unless recon units can also change hex ownership.

Eric, I've just finished watching yesterday's Twitch video. You behaved as a gracious guest and that is as it should be.
Listening to Edmon's opinions on OOB is a tricky proposition. He probably wants OOB recon units to be more like Panzer Corps 2 recon units.
I don't know if you watched his YouTube playthrough of the Boot Camp and U.S Pacific campaigns.
I'm not recommending you watch the whole thing, it's 65 episodes ranging from 30 minutes to an hour each, but check out episodes 24 to 26 (slightly under two hours) where he plays the Midway mission and is representative of how he builds his opinion of OOB.
