Satelitte Help

I've found a system with lots of hyperspace tunnels and no earthlike planet..

The help system recommends getting a military satellite in the system. A'm I correct in saying I first have to colonize with a military outpost and than build the satellite there?

You can build the satellite somewhere else, disassemble, transport to that system and assemble it there. I usually wouldn't make it a priority though.

The game seems to be too complex for you. And it's dead (not supported by the developer). Just ask for a refund.
