Ottomans seem to have unlimited amount of Armies...WTF?

This is getting terribly funny. When I play against computer, the Ottomans are starting to have from the summer of 1915 onward UNLIMITED AMOUNT OF ARMIES. Literally. Every turn they summon 1-2 armies more. Yes. Im not kidding.

When I play Ottomans, its impossible to have more than 10-11 armies and couple corps, even all artillery and cavalry and research have been disbanded. However, when computer playes them, they can have 20+ armies etc. There is really no limit to it. Every turn more and more armies come to play for them, making it impossible task for Britan to actually destroy them.

This is obious bug.

(Its bad enought that all computer opponents have like 5-8 rails each, but this is just totally crazy)

Actually, now they have 24 armies. This is crazy.
