edit buildings

a little late. Well, what I want to know is how to modify the buildings, I mean the hitpoints, damage, etc. Because on the road: Warhammer 40,000 Gladius - Relics of War\Data\World\Buildings
Yes, the buildings are there but you cannot edit the things I said above.
I would also like to edit the eldar gates
