Hello,

i have a number of Multiplayer matches on at the moment. When I try and login I get;

Server has been unable to validate your details. Please contact support.

Could you please help me resolve this

The server was down earlier but is now back up.

I've got the same problem. Doesn't Slitherine run a backup server?

It seems to happen at around 9-30 am (UK time) and last for about half an hour. It has this week, anyway.

They have server backups, but not, as far as I know, backup servers. If you think this downtime is bad, try some of the popular MMOs (World of Warcraft, Elder Scrolls Online etc.). They don't seem to have backup servers for when the main servers are down either. I guess it isn't economically viable.

The server is up now, so if you are still getting the "Server is unable to Validate your details" message, you should email support@slitherine.co.uk
