I am running the latest and noticed a bug. I have the maximum allowed aircraft deployed and have 0 air CP. If I lose one, then I get 3 air CP. I then go and buy another or revive the plane, deploy it on a carrier and I still have 3 air CP available. I can keep buying and deploying planes on carriers and never use up my air CP points. If I deploy a plane on a land airbase then I will have 0 air CP available. I have seen this bug playing both American and Japanese campaigns.

version used? and do you have a save so it can be recreated?

I am running 1.9.4e. If you buy/repair a plane and put it on the carrier that is located in Midway docks you will still have 3 Air CP available. If you put one on the Midway airfield then it uses the Air CP. I have been able to do this with the Japanese side as well. I don't believe it matters what scenario it is in.
