Yeah I think I'll change that the AI partitions its budget for purchases and refits, with the ratio depending on their troop numbers; so if they got a ton of units, they rather refit than purchase.

Hello blackarchon, you also have to add the language strings like faction and leader name to Data/Core/Languages/[Language]/Factions.xml.

Thanks! We indeed wrote our own GUI system and also have an effects framework in the making (for optional more sophisticated panel transitions via 3D effects) that should go live in the near future.
