Surround, Suppress and Surrender : Goose did mention the three S already. This is the basic of any combat which will give you a major benefit. Bagration will end before turn 20 if and only if all units of one side are eliminated. So if allies manage to take all objectives and germans manage to hide at least one unit on the map the tiebraker will be prestige.

Sorry for do not posting this earlier. I have used this information since 2011 and I thought this should be much more common and not a hidden feature of Panzer Corps.

Victory conditions: If victory conditions are straight forward this is not required. But in many cases this is more specific than in game. Relevant is just the bottom table. The trigger is documented within the editor. So I agree with you, that maps with a trigger are a problem for multiplayer. You know about it or you do not. But if you know it, you cannot ignore it. Before there was a discussion about special excape hexes to retreat with a core unit from battlefield to replace it with another core unit. I think this is not confirmed either, but the discussion itself does absolutely make no sense, if there is an overall core limit insteed of a core limit per map...
