As stated in the subject - is there any ay to edit save file?

The save files are encrypted, I don't think the Devs want you to edit it.
There comes a time on every project when it is time to shoot the engineer and ship the damn thing.

I forgot to refill one my my key bombers in campaign and I will lost.... Is there any way to edit such save?

I guess you could replay the turn?
