How edit loyalty and population upkeep. How edit A.I.

Hello, I'm trying edit upkeep of this game. I got edit upkeep of buildings and units but I can't find loyalty and population upkeep. Loyalty is affected by population and after food is affected by loyalty. Besides loyalty affect to ore and energy. I can't find food/ore/energy upkeep, neither upkeep of population or loyalty.

Besides, I also want edit A.I. because after my changes A.I. doesn't work. it doesn't make units or buildings.
