1. Is it really historical to force other types of shock troops to have to pass a CMT to avoid charging pikes? It seems like such a bad idea.

2. Should Burgundian Ordonnance pikemen who are rated as "Poor" really be rated as shock troops? What I have read seems to indicate they were reluctant which should make them less than eager to charge.
