[Unit issue][Main Guns cool-down][New]

The Main Guns cool-down period is carried over from one scenario to the next in a campaign.
This must be an oversight.

Maybe it's the same reasoning as with wounded commanders being carried over... :wink:

I think wounds/imprisonment to carry over is somewhat plausible (although ignoring the time between scenarios), but simple unit cooldowns rather not.
