How to make the E-Series available?

I am in the last level of the endsieg campaign, Calais 45. I really want to have the E-Series tanks. It is not possible sadly, since the tanks become available in Juli or August, that is after the last campaign level.
Now I thought I will just change the campaign level data, since apparently we will never see a hotfix for this (Bug is known since at least November 2018).
I went to D:\steam\SteamApps\common\Order of Battle Pacific\64-bit\Order of Battle - WW2_64_Data\Content\Campaigns\9Endsieg\Scenarios\015_Calais_45 and tried to change the scenario.scz file, but I do not know what sort of editor I would need for that. Any help for changing this so I can get those tanks would be greatly appreciated.
