DL Game Doesn´t Recognize My Serial Number

Bought Spartan DL a while ago; downloaded yesterday.
When I tried to install, I got the message my serial number is invalid. Very disappointed!

if you type it in just like it says and don't copy paste or take any spaces, it will work

only one space even after the end will make it invalid

0000-0000-0000-0000

if your a 100% sure it doesn't work,

That´s what I did, of course.
Tried it 3 times. Always got the "invalid serial number" message.

wait and check your emails as they will reply by that, good luck, it's a too way process, they ask some questions, you provide the answers, then they offer the fix and solution, 99 times out of a 100, it's sorted, so good luck and fingers crossed you will be playing asap

Well, the solution would be quite simple: I need a new serial number, since the one I got when I bought the game is, for some reason or other, no longer valid.

It´s about 2 hrs now since I got the automated ticket; haven´t heard from support since.

time of day, office hours etc i'm sorry to say and tickets are answered on a first come first served basis, so i'm sorry but i don't know who's in the cue in front of you or how many these is either, until you receive a email back all i can say hopefully it won't be too long

Hi I have just purchased the following Field of Glory 2 & the code sent me by email does not work the program keeps telling me wrong serial #
please can you help

can you please make you take over no space, either manually type in the code number plus

eg (00000-00000-00000) without the brackets and using the - key as well, making sure no space at the front or behind before you press enter / return key etc
