Gateway to Caen Lobby Crashing

Cannot get past the lobby for most of this week. If the game does load, it has too much "lag."

Similar problem last,in May of 2018; I believe.

Be nice to know the technical side of this problem.

Can you please post the crash details (the error message, the point in the flow where it happens, etc).
