Failed to create VS on Old Laptop [CLOSED]

Hello,

I ve a problem the game launch normaly but when start a play say

failed to create vs
CORE\SHADERS\TILEPATCH.TXT

Please post the full error message that you get. Your video card is right on the very edge of being compatible, so it could be a driver issue.

Does any onscreen error show before the crash? Can you take a screenshot, copy+paste the contents of the popup.

My guess is that internally it is failing, even though it compiles and is sent up correctly. It is likely a driver issue, but the card is so old (10+ years) that it is unlikely to run the game at a reasonable rate anyway.
