Hihi . The campaign was tested for errors, but not for difficulty- so any feedback along that line will be greatly appreciated. Is is too easy? too hard? And does it fit into your conception of what playing Axis at that time should be like?

Yes; but here is a link to winrar download site: http://www.win-rar.com/download.htmlI'd love to try this, but can you put it in another format besides rar files?
Love the scenarios. I'm no expert but was able to beat the AI on the first runs. A problem is that the AI infantry most of the time don't move and change positions. The artillery usage of the AI was excellent however as has been the mortars.
But in those streets the AI was just sitting and waiting. It might have been a problem because most of the time I lost my infantry advancing to the towns but still could capture the victory locations.
Maybe some more infantry hidden in the houses?
But, once again , I enjoyed the battles

Played the first scenario - very enjoyable. Interesting to run into captured Italian tanks - I'll sure you can change the sound bank in squads csv so they speak English but then if you have my as Italians in another scenario they will still speak English...
Looking forward to playing some more.

I liked this campaign very much. It was tough and that's what it should be.
Sometimes AI could be a bit more intelligent when attacking a stronghold but nevertheless it was most entertaining and also challenging.
And I also want to say that briefings and intros are very well done, too.
Congrats!
Now I'm waiting deliberately for Operation Barbarossa, the Kursk Battle and Normandy Invasion from Axis view....

I thought this was a very well done campaign! Yes it was tough, but I would rather have a go at it and not a cake walk
I took a beating from the AI in the middle ground. The AI used their mortars and support weapon systems VERY WELL!
Thanks for the time you invested do this
I do think that having the means to deploy your forces would be a plus

Re: Desert Fox Campaign
Good scenario. Like me you are a huge fan of E. Rommel. A great man. Too bad he was fighting for the right country but the wrong cause. Like n previous posts the AI seems to wait for the player then unleshes a counterattack. Once the attack is over you still have to go through the last line of defense. Very well done. It took me AGES to best this game but I recently won. You should continue this with battles against the Britsh in Lybia and Tunsisia and hey if your up too it the Americans at Kasseine Pass. but if you want a successful North Africa then continue as an Alternate History. Cario Suez maybe even Palestine. A possible fallschirmjäger invasion of Malta (historically Hitler forbade it after the loss of life at Crete) but that's just me. You did a good job and maybe you can do a Rommel in Normandy. It would be fun to destroy the Allies on the beaches but they will have lots of Naval Arty and Air support sooo uh oh.
Re: Desert Fox Campaign
Note this scenario is in the Directory.
