How to download Megapack after a computer crash?

Anyone know how to either download a new copy of the megapack or use a megapack registration number to open up modules? I had a hard computer crash and lost everything on my hard drive. I originally purchased Battle Academy and several of the modules individually. I had these backed up. I later purchased the megapack to unlock Rommel in France, Operation Sea Lion and Operation Husky. I can unlock all of the individually purchased expansion packs using their individual registation codes. However, I cannot unlock any of the others that were added after I bought the mega pack (I used the megapack registration code). Does anyone know how to fix this (other than repurchasing the game all over again)? Unfortunately, I can not find a backup of the megapack installation. I've spent a lot of money with Slitherine buying these games on both the ipad and PC (not to mention individual expansion packs before the megapack release).

You should be able to contact 'support[at]slitherine.com' and they should be able to assist you. IIRC, your serial numbers can be found on your member page at the Slitherine forum.

If you registered your serials on the Slitherine's website before or logged into multiplayer at least once you can find your serials here http://www.slitherine.com/login?return_url=/my_page. Just log in and you should be able to see them. If this doesn't work please write an email at support[at]slitherine.co.uk and give them as many details about your purchase as you can remember to help them verify it. They will help you out. And yes you can send them your serial of course just please do not post it in the public because then just anyone can grab your serial and use it to play the game.

I have all of my registration codes. The megapack registration does not work with the original version of the game I purchased. I had the original game backed up and the registration codes work for my original purchases. However, I cannot find a back up of the megapack (looks like a separate download) as the megapack registration code I have will not unlock anything. I am looking to find a megapack download that will work with the registration code that I already purchased. I've already paid for this and it worked great before the crash. I've emailed Slitherine and hope to hear back from them.

Funny, I have recently had a hard drive failure and lost my game and mega pack. I contacted support yesterday and received my download this morning. For Slitherines customer support I award 10/10 and a golden bunny.

We are always glad to help, so don't hesitate to contact us for any issues.

Just on the Mega Pack issue, for anyone who has the base game installed and wants to unlock the expansions, then you can do so from the base game. First, you need to update the base game to the latest patch. Then after installing the update you'll have only to unlock your expansions by using your serial expansions. This is what you've got to do:
1. Run the game by clicking on the game icon launcher.
2. Select the “Unlock Expansions” button from the games launcher.
3. Select the expansion pack you wish to register, insert the expansion packs serial number and then click the “Register Serial” button at the bottom of the screen.
4. Click “Done”.
5. Do this for each expansion.
