freezes

i have had a couple of freezes.what happens is ill end the turn in a skirmish with 4 players. during the third players turn one of his guys will start flashing on and off. the game is then frozen.no log of event.i have a save but i dont know where the games are saved to.using version 1.2.

The saved games are in my documents/my games/conquest! medieval realms/ the files are named save1.dat - save8.dat.
