Hated Foe ?

Post by davekhan »

Do you think that some races should have hated foe ? when fighting .

So Dwarf and Goblins hate each other ect.

. this would mean that they both get a - 1 on there death rolls so a 5 would now be a 4

reason they take NO prisoners and none quarter given ...to each other ..that way the battles are a bit more bloody :)

would like your input on this is this a good route to go down ?

It sounds reasonable, but you'd have to be careful not to skew the rules too much.

For example points wise a dead elite Dwarven warrior is worth more than a poor Goblin but the Goblin BG will autobreak a lot quicker... which may be what you want, but may also be an unexpected result. A Dwarven player may love this as he's harder to kill anyway, and the Goblin army just disappears that much quicker.
