Carthage in Chariots of War?

I was thinking of getting Chariots of War - I mean, just looking at the sheer versatility of ethnic groups it had to offer, and the setting and location this game featured, this sparked my interest. I'm also planning to use it as a sort-of inspiration.
However, I'm wondering.. is Carthage also in this game?
Looking at screenshots I've seen on the grand campaign in this game, it doesn't really seem to.
If it's not in this game, are there other titles - similar to CoW - which features Carthage? Thinking of Legion, but I'm not too sure - since it seems to feature Rome, and the North most likely.. And Spartan/Gates of Troy obviously featured Greece, as well as the Romans, the Persians and the city states of Asia Minor too.
However, I'm wondering.. is Carthage also in this game?
