How can I get early full technology in Chariots of War? Is there some way to change the "TECH LEVEL PROGRESSION" in "script1" file?

There probably is but not simple. YOu'd have to recsript it to do what you want I'm afraid.

About the only way to do that is to reduce the numbers for when each tech is introduced. You might try renumbering them 1,2,3,.... etc., so they all occur either on the first turn, or a few happen shortly thereafter.
