Is there any effect on combat against buildings or Redoubts nay the attackers being in terrain? Attacking Uphill, from difficult etc.

For simplicity, no. It's treated the same attacking from the open. I suppose you could argue it's a more broken up combat anyway, so terrain has less effect than two formations meeting each other away from buildings.
