Spartan MAD4games (mastertronic added dimension) version , cant be run after install

Spartan MAD version : got it to install by running the start instead of the SetupNow application on the disc ,
but now i cant get the game to run after installing, even after patching via the Mad launcher , using the ondisc patch (107)
No compatibility settings seem to help on this one

and it works, good luck with the guide, it needs to be followed to the letter and then works fine on windows 10, confirmed working with many users posts on it
