Haha, a simultaneous move, this is a cool feature.
Especially for those who do not like to wait 20 minutes for the AI turn :wink:

Good demo!

--> very cool indeed

and also the fact that player can move simultanly several of his OWN troops : no more waiting the unit animation ! (like in order of battle)

The new "Undo" seems a bit prone to abuse (I only saw the gameplay videos so not sure if they explained how exactly will they work for scouting/ambushes). Any explanations given how the feature will work?

The graphics are beautiful! The different elements of the game are in harmony - the tanks, the landscape, the drifting clouds, the shadows, the smooth movement of the planes... Even the sound of the tank engines is harmonious with the graphics.

The one thing there which needs work I think is the white dot grid overlay indicating to which hexes your unit can move. Though the grid is clear and works well, I think it could do with a tweak to make it slightly more muted, in order to match the feel of the rest of the display. The white, revolving oblongs that circle a highlighted unit are beautiful and clear, without having this strange overlay of the grid. The red circle on a targeted unit works well too.

The other thing I noticed was that I was thinking, "How is this different from Order of Battle"? Prospective customers already familiar with Order of Battle might well be thinking isn't this the same game but with different graphics?

I loved the landscapes of the maps. The mountain tops and the beautiful, seasonal colours of the deciduous woods are lovely to see.

This game ought to have another game layer: strategic, to give the individual battles more meaning and value, and for team play.

I would like to join this beta!

Moreover, I would add to the difficulty settings mode, the 'fog of battle'.
In which, it does not show the exact damage during the battle inflicted enemy units. You see what your losses are only.
Also, the strength of enemy units on the map is not visible.
