Is there any sensible reason why the Runners and Riders haven't been published?

Mainly because after posting on Tuesday I wanted to give people a chance to guess, and then Wednesday night is club night and I get back late, and Thursday night I was out again and somewhat tired upon my return. Must be getting old...

Hi all,

I am afraid that I have to apologise, as it turns out that free parking is *not* available for competitors after all. Please do make sure that you pay for your parking each day, as the parking attendants will be out and about issuing tickets.

Sorry for any disappointment caused by my (as it turns out) premature announcement.

Paul Westmore left behind 6 bases of Aztec light foot after game four on Sunday. Well, five bases of light foot and one base of invisible light foot.

Top three were:

1. Dave Ruddock (Medieval Swedish)
2. Pete Dalby (Aztec)
=3. Phil Powell (Viking)
=3. Graham Briggs (Syrian States)

In perhaps the shock outcome of the weekend, it seems that Phil Powell won the mud wrestling match with Graham to get the third place trophy (according to the tournament organise, although neither seemed very muddy at the awards presentation).

Many thanks to my opponents - Lynda Fairhurst, Paul Bartlett, Pete Dalby and David Bannister - four very good games. Mr Bannister seemed to grumble about dice a lot though. My dice specifically :)

In fact I tricked Phil into the wrestling by mucking up my last scoresheet. I was 7th overall.
