you will need to pre requites to run the game which come with the game, and also may need to run the game and or steam as admin
seems also you have steam on H, is it a always plugged in internal drive, or an external one? Also besides running the game as admin, you might also have to run Steam client.
How to Run Steam as Administrator:
- Navigate your Steam installation file (By default, it is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam).
- Right-click the Steam executable.
- Follow the above steps to set it to Run as Administrator.
- Restart Steam.
How to get a DirectX Diagnostic file:
1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.
once the report has been made, just zip the file then attach it to your post as it's a Txt file which is then not permitted to attach to the forum, where as a zip file is.

you need to make sure the game users the card and not the intel chipset driver to work
and also make sure the game and steam is running as admin, for the correct files permissions to work and run
Also besides running the game as admin, you might also have to run Steam client.

no problem, good luck and welcome to the forum
Re: Windows 10 - Steam - Startup Crash
Come back here for a feedback, try to update drivers, start with administrators mode, choose the nvidia graphics cards for the game, and others, nothing worked, don't understand why ?? Maybe any others advice ?
Re: Windows 10 - Steam - Startup Crash
so hardware won't let you chose the default VGA, with the most being able to, if updating drivers and running game and steam on admin didn't work, or a clean install of drivers etc, not sure there's a lot left to offer on advice tbh
