Reinforcement pack, cost is so high

building and units cost are so expensive now, is there a way to lower them ? its hard to build anything like its turn 30 and i gust produced my first vehicle .


also the ai is much smarter and straight to the point , but orks ai sometimes tend to not build their first city instead the run around with their meks until they get killed and defeated in the beginning of the game and they are not expanding and build new cities as fast as they were even on very hard difficulty.
