Bug In New Patch?

I have just played Borodino with the newly patched game. A couple of French units got stuck in what I would call 'Marching Mode'. Once the little pop up showing they were matching was present they froze in that state for the remainder of the battle. They could be fired on by the enemy, but could not return fire or move. Not sure if this is limited to this battle alone as it is the only battle I have fought since patching the game.

This happened to me twice - both times on Borodino.
I promoted an artillery unit.
1. Any enemy hit will retreat
2. Immune to artillery
3. +2 Damage -1 Movement
When I swapped positions with an infantry unit the artillery was stuck in marching mode.
