Campaign Clarification Question

A new title from Shenandoah Studio, the creators of Battle of the Bulge: March to Glory! Europe, beginning of the XIX century. Born from the ashes of the Ancient-Regime, the new French Empire is putting the old continent on fire, spreading the seeds of the Revolution

Campaign Clarification Question

Post by anthonykevinluke »

Hi, Just to clarify; is the campaign locked/limited to the 14 historical battles or is it an open ended 'sandbox' campaign to conquer/free Europe .... It would appear very limited in replay-ability if locked to just the 14 historical battles. Thanks in advance.

Cheers,

AKL

Its locked to the historic battles. The only way to make the battles actually representative of the forces involved is to have them this way. We could have made a more open ended campaign but it would have borne no resemblance to history and required an entire campaign system on top which would have taken away resources from the battle part. That may be something to think about for a sequel if people like the game!

Hi anthonykevinluke

Version 1.4 comes with the Skirmish option both for single & multiplayer.
You can now choose the side and can even place your units on the maps.
Thank you for your feedback!
