I've been away over the weekend but the problem persists. What passes for security programs here hasn't stopped me downloading the latest user content (AoB) - and playing them SP or sending MP turns for P&S.

It looks like your password may be incorrect. Can you recheck - I am not sure why the program isn't reporting this issue correctly.

Well done, that was it. The password box had three extra * in it. No idea how I could have done that.
