battlestar galactica deadlock broken alliance freezes

As soon as I try play the 1st mission the game freezes when the ships are jumping in

Game is up to date
Windows 10 latest updates and updated video card

rest of the game works fine with usual freezes and crashes

Your hardware doesn't meet the game requirements. The game requires a dedicated video card (Nvidia or Radern) and you only have an Intel video chip.

Try to reduce to minimum the graphic options, but even so, you might even not be able to play some of the heavier missions and experience freezes and crashes in the lighter ones.
