Font question

My eyes have seen better days and the tan over lighter tan can be difficult to read the in-game stuff.. Is there some way to improve the clarity?

Thank you. Nice mod. That helped some and I'll leave it in. Better contrast like black on a white background for example (if at all possible) would really help.
