Settings reset after exiting.

So I purchased STEAM version. Great game. As a BETA tester I still couldn't wait to get the end product. The video settings reset once you go out of the program and restart the program. I unchecked the "BLOOM" option. Sure enough the bloom option turns off but its CHECKED again next time Carrier deck opens. This happened in the BETA as well...

On another note I finally completed 5 stars across the whole game 170/170 Fleet Admiral. South China Level 4 and South Pacific Level 4 were the hardest.
