Raider vs viper against AI

Before the patch raiders would focus capitals allowing friendly fighters to decimate them near unopposed. Now after the patch they focus on squadrons to the point it is easily exploitable. One viper squadron can effective tie up an infinite amount of raiders simply by luring them and running away. With the vipers superior speed, especially the mkii, this can be done indefinitely. This does not seem to be working as intended. Possible fix might be too add a Max range from carrier vessel mechanic or limited fuel. Even limiting the number of raiders that focus fire a single squadron might help.
