How to disable camera moving when mouse on the border of the screen

How to disable camera moving when mouse on the border of the screen

Is it possible? I prefer using wasd or arrows or middle mouse button for camera control. Many hud buttons located near screen borders - so when I trying to click on buttons - camera moves
