Returned after a long absence to find that no tooltips on the bottom half of the UI display. For example, none of the icons for the buffalo display their name or PP cost. Roads do not display their total PP cost when you drag the mouse around. Everything at the top of the screen (UAV, emergency air supply, centre on HQ, etc.) functions correctly.

I noticed every time I hover my mouse over the bottom icons, my screen flickers for a split second.

I bought the game during the steam summer sale and noticed this too. Hopefully it will get fixed soon.

Did you guys send in bug reports? The makers are very responsive.
