First DLC being push back?

Did the Devs push the DLC back, steam says it released on May 25, but its now May 26, and I still cant access or download/pay for the DLC, can anyone confirm this for me. That the first DLC has been pushed back, i thinks so bc beta was just starting 6 days ago but there was no announcement of the release being pushed?
