Game Crashes proceeding

I bought the game on Steam and installed it. I can start the game, but it crashes after i click proceed starting a new campaign.

I have tried running as administrator, windows 8 compatibility mode, and both together with same result.

Windows 10
16GB Ram
i7
Nvidia GTX 970M
D:\Games\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Star Hammer

I went poking in the log file mentioned in an earlier post. I see a crash, but i'm not sure which parts are useful.

I tried to paste in a bunch of lines, but the spam filter denied me.

ok can you do this, as this may help more tbh

just alter the name of your drive for the file info, as i have steam on my second drive, but default is C, but point is mute with you as i also see you're is on D:

the file in question is out_lot, just copy it and zip it and upload it here thanks, then the developer can take a look
