Screen tearing after last patch

This is something that happend quite often since the release of the game after some patch, it has been always issued after a while, not this time it appears...

Have you tried if in Windowed mode?

Thanks for reply but why should I have to play in windowed mode when the the game ran perfectly before the patch?

Anyway the issue happens even in windowed mode, but I repeat, this is not the first time it happens after a patch...

His your graphic card Vsynch turned on or off?

So far nobody else reported this issue as far as I can remember.

I tried to turn on v-sync with Nvidia control pannel but nothing chanced, even deleting the option in file in the "documents" folder...

Could you please attach a DxDiag report file?

How to get a Directx Dialog file:

1. click on "START" (on Windows 8/10 Press "Windows Key" + "R" and go to step 3)
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
6. attach the file to your post

Please update your Nvidia drivers:

This time when installing the drivers please tick the box "Perform a clean installation".

Reboot Windows after having installed the drivers and run the game.

Nothing to do even after the drivers update. Ok, np I thank you very much anyway for the help! The game is still playable, I'll be waiting for the next patch coming with the new dlc hoping that it will fix my issue as it did in the past.

Ok as in the past, the issue has been suddenly fixed (I'm playing a lot these days) but I'd really wonder why and how ... has anything been released in the last 2-3 days?
