Specialisation issues

There are 'rumours' that certain specs (that are available in campaigns adn the editor) do no work properly and may cause problems if used in (custom) scenarios.
It would be nice if the devs could confirm if there are issues with these.

Waffen-SS III

There are a couple of specs that is obviously still not finished since they have 'odd' starting dates.

Rationing is definitely working fine. It only lacks an icon which can be added and requires a text-correction iirc.

Erik, I have to correct myself: This one actually works when used and acquired inside a campaign, giving you a Brit BB, CV and two DD and 50RP/scen. But the RP transfer per turn (like with the Waffen-SS) is missing, though. Makes buying new units more or less impossible.

It's an US exclusive spec but it's not used within the official US Pacific DLC either - for whatever reason.

I wonder why is that. Back in the days you could have this spec in the US Pac campaign but not any more.
