OOB cannot load on Steam

As of yesterday, possibly after Mac High Sierra update 10.13.5 I could not open Order of Battle on Steam on my Mac. I tried on both my iMac and Mac Powerbook (High Sierra OS) and got the same result as shown in the attached file, a message that the game is damaged or incomplete. The solution to this problem lies in opening the game app by control-clicking it and choosing "Show Contents" The game app is in the Mac Library, which you can get to by holding the Option key down and clicking on the "Go" menu. Follow the instructions in the discussion below, that VPaulus has provided the link to.
