Will the PS4 version be download only or can I buy a hard copy? If it's download only, will I have to have my PS4 online to play it? My PS4 games are all physical copy. I found that other than patches, if I downloaded anything else into a game, the game would not play unless the PS4 was online. I play my games offline.

It will be available download only, not physical.

Normal PS4 rules apply in order to play it. I believe you can activate a PS4 as a "Primary system" for offline play of digital games, though I've never tried that myself. Details here https://www.reddit.com/r/PS4/comments/2 ... y_to_play/
