Soviet Corps install problem

After installing Soviet Corps (non Steam), I cannot load any previous saves or start a new game in any other DLC. Any DLC I have purchased asks if I would like to buy it. The campaign folder is also empty. I uninstalled and reinstalled Soviet Corps, updated it and still no luck. Any suggestions besides a full reinstall?
