PDF Rulebook

Hello, I was wondering if the rulebook was available in a download anywhere? I have the rulebooks for Bulge and Moscow, but I can not locate anywhere to download the rulebook for Desert Fox. Is such a thing available?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
