Rebuilds on reinforcements screen

What does it mean when a rebuild unit icon has a strength bar on its icon on the reinforcements screen?
Some of them have this, others don't. They all restart with 1 strength point don't they?

I think that these units are a bug, because if you pay attention they are units that have crossed the eastward border of the map and the Axis has scored their points. So these units never come back as a rebuild again.

That sounds like a bug, but it's possible the fix for units not being counted when they exit the map might fix this too.

If you see this after our first update, please submit a bug report from within the game.

Hey thanks for the response! From my experience though, this doesn't seem to have anything to do with units exiting. Axis units exiting right to Egypt are quite rare in my experience, and the rebuild display "bug" seems to come up in every game I play. The "bugged" items have, I think, all been destroyed Axis units scheduled for rebuild and return.
