Core dynamic a bit ahistoric

It is 1965 and the US ground war in Vietnam is in full swing. As a US Army commander, wage a counter-insurgency (COIN) war to secure the Ia Drang valley, on the border with Cambodia.

What does it mean when the game says "Village Uncooperative." Does it mean uncooperative with the VC, or does it mean no intell was obtained, thus, the village was uncooperative with US troops. The voice sounds disappointed so I'm not sure. :?:

Whenever a US/ARVN unit visits a village that is able to provide INTEL (fire burning) , the result is based on the H&M level of the village:

1. "No new INTEL" - They are co-operative but have nothing new to report
2. "Village uncooperative" - They might have INTEL but are unwilling to share it with you at this point, usually as the H&M score is low in that village
