Is there a way to upload user made scenarios on this forum? I tried uploading a couple of mine and it says the file format is not allowed

Put them in a zip file using WinRAR or some such program, that should do it.

Note that the system prevents posters with few postings from posting links, this is prevent spam and viruses etc. If you want to post a mod then you will need a higher post count, or you could asking a more prolific poster to post a link for you via PM.
